The Youth Crew is for students in Grades 9 to 12 who want to earn volunteer hours or support their local library.

Youth Crew meets every Tuesday from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the Bracebridge Library. No registration is required.

The Visiting Library Service is a free service for some patrons who may be unable to visit the Bracebridge Library in person.

Patrons may request items such as books, audiobooks, DVDs, and magazines, among other materials. They will be delivered to their home at a pre-arranged time.

Staff who help with deliveries are required to undergo a security screening.

Bracebridge Public Library Exterior View

Book drops

Book drops are located at the two entrances to the Bracebridge Library. The external book drop is open 24/7, while the book drop in the lobby is only open when the Community Centre is open. Book drops are checked by library staff before the facility opens, after it closes, and at other times during regular hours. However, depending on the number of items that need to be checked in, returned material(s) may continue to show as being checked out.

During regular hours, material(s) may be returned to the Information Desk or by using one of the two Bibliotheca selfCheck kiosks located near both library entrances.
